From Nov. 5th to Dec. 1st 2007, a group of Seattle-based photographers will be displaying their work at a group showing. And you guessed it - I am one of those photographers.
Come by Cafe Vega on November 9th between 7pm - 9pm and meet me (yay!) and the other featured photographers. It's a perfect opportunity to shop for the holidays as well (hint hint) and a portion of all sales will go to the NW Harvest charity.
So, drop by and say hello, buy my photo for a special friend and make everyone happy. Oh, and my photo is the one I am holding up here. It's a unique re-process of a photo I took in Seattle's International District back in 2005.

"The Chocolate Jesus, apart from being a Tom Waits song, is a sculpture which was to be displayed in New York over easter. The display was cancelled after a group calling themselves the Catholic League protested against it, and as an artist, this really struck a nerve in me and sent me way into the red. Not only is it ridiculous that these supersticious fools think they have the right to censor art, but it is even more horrifying that the gallery cowed to these people..."
